On January 21, 2016 President of Cigna-HealthSpring, Mr. Herb Fritch, received a Notice of Imposition of Immediate Intermediate Sanctions from CMS Medicare Parts C and D Oversight and Enforcement Group suspending Cigna’s Enrollment and Marketing for some of its Medicare plans.

Who do I contact and how do I contact the people in Georgia responsible for monitoring the Cigna compliance in Georgia? I think the solution is obvious. The Delta-Dental card should have the period of coverage on the card. Cigna should not be able to authorize or issue a Delta-Dental card that does not have the period of coverage on the card.
