What is a PA in a doctor?
PA is a request for a service from your doctor. Your PCP will help you to get PA if it is necessary. In the case of counseling or referral service that Molina does not cover because of moral or religious objections, Molina will inform you that the services are not covered.
Does Molina Healthcare require PA?
