compensation is average, lots of micromanagement

lots of micromanagement, low commission rates. this job is ideal for someone first getting started in sales. not so for the seasoned sales person. but a leader in the medicare field so good place to get started in medicare sales.

Wonderful Company

Great benefits , awesome 401k and great value for the associates. They really care for the associated. They can improve the pay plan for the agents however I believe they offer a real insurance Carrier and stability.

Great place to work

Benefits starting day one, great compensation and benefits, management is kind and helpful, over all vibe of the company is good. Long hours during busy season but that’s normal for insurance.

Great company to work for

Your going to make very good money and the company is great. I never had my bosses boss come out and walk the floor to check in on me ever before, it makes you feel like more than just some employee. I would still be with them if I could handle the pressure and stress of OEP but I can't say I wouldn't go back if they called.

Nice Place To Work

This is a good place to work if you enjoy great compensation and being on the phone often. They do a lot to promote healthy habits and boost team moral. The only reason I left this job is because the commute was no longer realistic for me.
