This position is exactly what's advertised. Simply get on the phones and do the work. If you spend 40 hours on the phones as an Independent Agent you will earn what you are worth.

No flexibility

This company offers PTO and sick pay hours but you have to earn them. There is no flexibility in terms of needing part time, needing different hours, etc. It doesnt work good with my family life.
