I work with adolescents, individuals and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, adjustment to change, grief and other things that affect us all at times during our lives. I teach mindfulness and skills to help decrease the symptoms of anxiety and depression and to help see situations more clearly so that better choices can be made surrounding them.
