We are happy to offer a health and drug plan for Rhode Islanders eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid — Neighborhood INTEGRITY (Medicare-Medicaid Plan). How much does it cost to call Neighborhood Integrity?
The call is free. Neighborhood INTEGRITY (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and Rhode Island Medicaid to provide the benefits of both programs to enrollees. ATTENTION: If you speak English, language assistance services, free of charge, are available to you.
What happens if Medicare and/or Rhode Island disapprove Neighborhood Integrity?
If Medicare and/or Rhode Island disapprove Neighborhood INTEGRITY you will automatically be disenrolled from Neighborhood INTEGRITY when your new coverage begins. In these instances you would be enrolled in Original Medicare, your previous Part D plan and Rhode Island Medicaid.
What are the benefits of Neighborhood Integrity?

Neighborhood INTEGRITY benefits include behavioral health and substance use services. Covered benefits have a $0 copay, coinsurance or deductible.

When will Neighborhood waive prior authorizations?
As of June 11, 2021, Neighborhood will continue to waive prior authorizations for all non-pharmacy medical and behavioral health primary COVID-19 related diagnostic and treatment services through August 31, 2021. Neighborhood has resumed all other prior authorization requirements according to your Plan benefits.
Does Neighborhood Integrity cover Medicaid?
With Neighborhood INTEGRITY, you get all the benefits you are receiving from Medicare, Medicare Part D and Rhode Island Medicaid through one plan. Certain Medicaid benefits will still be covered through Rhode Island Medicaid, such as your dental and non-emergency transportation services. We can help you access those services.

Advanced Plan Approval May be Required for the above services - A process through which the physician or other health care provider is required to obtain advance approval from the plan that payment will be made for a service or item furnished to an enrollee.
