Since this data is sensitive, it must only be made available via the most secure methods. You may request a detail report from your Medicare Administrative Contractor through the PS&R system. Upon approval, the reports will be sent to you via a secure method.
Can I get a PS&R report from Medicare?
No. It is expected that all providers will be able to obtain their PS&R reports via the PS&R website, however, if you are unable to obtain your reports, please contact your Medicare Administrative Contractor.

- The Security Official can approve users for access to EIDM and PS&R, but cannot access the PS&R application.
Preparation
- Providers must produce the Summary PS&R reports needed to file cost reports ending on or after January 31, 2009. There are many variations of report requests that can be made in the new system, which you may customize as you become familiar with system (see user guides and training materials).
