It looks like all retiree's under the age of 65, and their family members, will only be able to use Tricare Prime at a MTF within the 40 mile area. After you turn 65 they drop you off to Medicare with TFL as a supplement. I believe this applies to Chapter 61 retirees too for those of you looking at a MEB.
