Wanted to say how much I appreciated the service that I have gotten

I have been with them for six years and I am very happy with their service. My advisor's name is Mariela who goes out of her way to answer all of my questions. I'm not sure what other people are talking about telemarketing problems as I have never had that problem with them.

Cant get a phone call back from Zack Dixon, its been 4 days left multiple messages

No return phone calls, no email confirmation as promised, its been four days and I have made at least 2 call per day, Zack Dixon seemed like an upstanding guy but he lacks customer service responsibility. I need to have someone contact me and get me the the purchase confirms that were promised by email 4 days ago, Bruce Hager 701 799 ****

Representatives calling up to 3 times a day everyday

Requests made they do not call , ignored, deceptive use of local numbers and insurance company names to cover who is calling. Last call was listed as unknown. Requests to allow discussion with supervisory personel to be removed from call list met with hang up.

Never heard back from agent Southern Foster cannot get through to anyone

nothing worse service ever, I don't know if we are covered or not. Southern Foster was the agent, and he was to let me know if we were covered within a week over two weeks ago. I called his # not available till Dec. 18th. Called many numbers given to me no luck what the *** is going on. call me on my husband phone 810-272-****. Pat Turonek

Non communication

When my associate quit or was fired I did not receive follow up of any kind from the company. I tried again and the new agent was very helpful but my time to respond for my new insurance was now outdated and I had to start again. I am up in the air at this point awaiting a phone contact with the new insurance company.
