Who do I contact and how do I contact the people in Georgia responsible for monitoring the Cigna compliance in Georgia? I think the solution is obvious. The Delta-Dental card should have the period of coverage on the card. Cigna should not be able to authorize or issue a Delta-Dental card that does not have the period of coverage on the card.

Two days ago I discovered that the date Cigna-HealthSpring provided in the Delta-Dental database was incorrect. I had been provided a Delta-Dental card which had my Cigna number so I thought I had coverage. I went to the dentist for a regular checkup.
