We plan to primarily use DSRIP to fund one-time investments in PY0-PY2 and minimize where possible our reliance on DSRIP funds to support the ongoing operations of the ACO program. In addition, many PY0 investments are for expenses that will be covered by administrative funding after the operational start date.
